Frequently Asked Questions

Any questions about what's included (or not)? Here's a list of the most common questions we receive.
How are plans and pricing determined?

All of our monthly plans can be broken down into the number of articles you want, the length or scope of each, and the level of support you'd prefer. That way, you have flexibility to upgrade or downgrade as your needs evolve over time.

Why is the per-article rate different on each plan?

The per-article rate increases when the article is longer, because it takes longer and more effort to write. The exception to that is the "Ultimate" plan, which provides a slight per-article price discount in your favor, to help make up for the more expensive total plan.

How do the original screenshots work?

Our writers have access to a real WordPress account so they can install themes or plugins and recreate examples to show readers exactly what they're referencing -- all while matching your own brand.

What does "SEO included" really mean?

Stuffing your keyword 20+ times isn't SEO. Instead, we use an AI-based, market-leading (read: expensive) tool in MarketMuse to better understand what people are looking for, what questions to answer, and which other semantic topics should be included in each piece.

Do we get ongoing support?

Yes! Our Onboarding Specialist will help you get up to speed ASAP, walking you through everything we need to get started. From there, you'll have a dedicated Account Manager to answers questions or provide status updates on a daily basis. Beyond regular email updates, our "Ultimate" plan also includes frequent phone calls to help sync everyone on the latest status or answer strategic questions.
